&lt;p&gt;This check list helps you to identify areas of your equipment to inspect. Timely detection of any deterioration in equipment could help to avoid a dangerous situation arising from worn out or damaged gear.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It is recommended that you check you equipment at least every 12 months. It is also advisable to check equipment following a fall or excess use.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;If you are in any doubt about your equipment, contact the manufacturer,&amp;nbsp;seek expert advice or destroy the equipment.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
