Sausage Pasta in a Tomato Sauce

This recipe is quick to make and doesn't use any ingredents that need to be kept cool.

Ingredients (For 2 people)

  • Smoked Pork Sausage (Mattesons are available from most supermarkets)
  • 100g - 150g of Fusilli Pasta (Quick cook, cooks quicker but is harder to eat with your average spork)
  • Tomato Sauce (Available in pouches from Dolmio keeps packaging weight and bulk down to a minimum)
  1. Put the pasta into cook and if there is space in the pan, put the sausage in, in it's inner wrapper to warm it through.
  2. Once the pasta has cooked, drain it and stir in the sauce. You may want to heat it through a little.
  3. Chop the sausage and mix into the pasta sauce.
  4. Enjoy!
